We are concerned!

We are concerned about what has been going on. Decisions are made or implemented without consultation. There is payment arrears from owners, of which we were not informed in advance. An arrangement has been made with this. It is unclear to us as owners how the arrears will be made up, whether the owners are still allowed to use or rent out the apartment. We have already inquired about this, but have not received a clear answer. The kiddie pool is a mess, no clarity on what the progress is. [...]

waste basement block 1.

Waste was abandoned at the back of the Block 1 building. It is unacceptable that nothing is being done to resolve this problem. How and by whom can we have it removed ?   Luc Apto 111
