May Report 2018

Dear Owners, May arrived with a thunderstorm and torrential rain after which the temperatures climbed and we saw some sunshine although the weather has still been mixed. April Report 2018

Dear Owners, It took until almost half way through April for sunshine to arrive and for the temperatures to climb which was a welcome relief from the wind and rain we had experienced. It meant the painters were able to work faster and block 8 has been completed and block 7 is almost done. We are just over halfway through the project. March Report 2018

Dear Owners, The challenging weather we experienced in February continued throughout March with storms Emma, Felix, Gisele and Hugo all bringing torrential rain and high winds. Although there was no flooding roof tiles on several blocks were damaged and the lights in block 4 were affected. All repairs have been carried out. February Report 2018

Dear Owners, February has been challenging but mainly because of the wind and rain we have been experiencing. Pool 1 was emptied at the end of last month and, as suspected, after closer inspection the entire floor needs to be re-tiled which will cost about 5,000 euros more than originally anticipated. Painting of Terraces

Dear Owners, The company carrying out the painting of the blocks will also paint private terraces if required. The prices are as follows : 2 bed – 375 euros 3 bed 475 euros Penthouse 575 euros These prices include painting of the railings.
