August report 2017

Dear Owners, August, despite being hot, humid and busy, passed by without any major problems. The new area for the collection of the garden waste has now been completed and the skip removed from the parking bay on the left as you enter Phase 1. It is hard to get exact information but it would appear that access is being gained at night via unlocked windows and doors. There is some suggestion, although it is unconfirmed, that gas is being used. The Police have obviously been notified but the advice, at the moment, is to be extra vigilant in terms of securing your apartment. Patti [...]

Pool 1

Dear owners Just to give you an update to pool 1 the leak has been repaired free of charge by our pool maintenance company. They have advised that it is now too hot to carry out the repairs to the floor tiles so this will have to wait until the temperatures drop after the summer. Patti
