Dear Owners, April has been a calmer month and much has been achieved. The temporary plant pots that were in place outside Block 1 have been replaced with long, low planters plus 3 large palms in big pots. We went for long and low planters because the big pots that were there temporarily were being blown over in high winds. As I said last month the overwhelming response has been very positive. Dear Owners I’m delighted to advise you that as of yesterday the heat pumps to pool 2 were finally reinstated. The temperature yesterday of the pool was 18 degrees and this morning it was 21. I know it’s late in the season but we finally got there and at a fraction of the prices we were originally quoted. Patti

Dear Owners, This has been a busy month. The new cleaning company started on 1st March and we have needed to make a few adjustments in terms of our requirements. The company’s plan was to concentrate on a thorough cleaning of each block first but that led to some owners being dissatisfied with the service.
