January Report 2017

Dear Owners, Problems with the handover to the new administration company continued well into January as the old administrator failed to meet the agreed deadline of 31st December. Minutes of the AGM had not been finalised which meant we were unable to make changes at the community’s bank or really get to grips with anything without the relevant information. December Report 2016

Dear Owners, I thought it would be useful to give you all a monthly report rather than an end of year report. So here is what happened – or didn’t happen – in December. Block 4 Store Room

AGM Summary 2016

Dear Owners, Following today’s AGM I thought a brief summary would be useful although, of course, you will all receive the Minutes in due course. 1. Approval was given to change the limit at which we take action against debtors from 1,500 euros to any balance outstanding at the end of a quarter. 2. Meeting 14 May 2016

At the meeting of the Governing Board on 14 May the following items were discussed : * The President spoke about the three estimates that were obtained for the improvements to the garden areas outside each block. * The President reported that the holders of the swimming pool parasols had been changed from wood to metal. * The situation regarding the concierge Juan (No. 1) was discussed. He has serious economical problems. It was decided to hold a party in the square for residents on 18 June at 2pm. [...]
