We are very sad to advise owners that the wife of our security guard Juan (No.1,) who is currently off work awaiting an operation, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on 25th February. Several members of the community attended her funeral and a wreath was sent from Phase 1. Our hearts go out to Juan at this very sad time.

We are holding a Christmas Party, for residents of Phase 1, on Wednesday 23rd December at 8pm in the garage of block 9. Please bring contributions of food and drink. We look forward to seeing everyone.

At the Committee Meeting on 12 Dec the following items were discussed : 1. Our concierge Juan is waiting for an operation, in 2-3 months time, to alleviate fluid on his brain. He also suffered a minor stroke. We must continue to pay him until doctors confirm that he will be unable to return to work. 2. An updated list of debtors was presented. 3.
