We have noticed some day we have very bad connection trough the fiber. Tried to contact Avatel (now the owner of the fiber) but they asked about my contract that I dont have. I have the understanding that contract is for the whole area. Who to contact now when I am facing problem? Hi, I am living phase 1 block 5 apartment 505. We notice a problem with barking dogs every night and also daytime. Is this something that can be taken care of - very annoying with dogs barking all night! Difficult to sleep. Read an article that there are laws against this in Spain maximum35 dB daytime and max 28 dB during night.
