Property prices
Property prices on the coast have peaked and the consensus for 2024 is that prices will drop by around 5%. This drop has already started in the campo (rural areas). Buildings Insurance Policy
I have added the community building insurance policy to the website. This can be found on the main menu Services > Insurance A direct link is here: https://lacalaowners.com/pdf/Poliza-Allianz.pdf I have just had a fire in our kitchen and the community building insurance does not cover this.
